coARTex – «Communication Art International» Founded in 1998 by Swiss artist Barbara Streiff, coARTex is an ongoing international art project that fosters creative dialogue across cultural boundaries. Artists from diverse backgrounds engage in an open exchange of ideas, perspectives, and forms of expression.The project’s unifying principle lies in dialogue a dynamic process through which artistic diversity becomes a source of mutual inspiration. Through this continuous exchange, coARTex cultivates the evolution of contemporary art and affirms the vital role of intercultural communication in artistic practice.
coARTex «Communication Art International» ist seit 1998, ein Kunstprojekt der Schweizer Künstlerin Barbara Streiff/ CO-Kurator: Aleksandr Schumow, Kunsthistoriker seit 2011/ Kunstverein coARTex International.
coARTex ist ein interkultureller Dialog von Künstler*Innen rund um die Welt und strebt an, sich in Offenheit mit der kulturellen Vielfalt auseinanderzusetzen. Der dadurch entstehende Prozess nährt die Entwicklung der Kunst.

2003 erhielt sie für das internationale Projekt «World Exhibition for Freedom» die Patronage Unesco.ch und 2005 für das «Communicative Art International» Projekt in Brasilien, die Anerkennung von OCPA/ UNESCO.org.
